Shipping Methods

We utilize reputable national and international courier services to safely deliver your order from our warehouse to your door. Shipping method selected depends on order weight and delivery destination including:

• India Post
• Delhivery
• Ecom Express
• UPS
• FedEx
• DHL Express
• Blue Dart

You will have the option to choose between a standard or expedited shipping method at checkout based on our cut-off times outlined below. We do our best to get every order sent within stated timeframes, but delays may occur during periods of high order volumes, stock shortages, or due to other factors outside our direct control.

Same Day Shipping

If your complete order is placed by 2 PM IST Monday to Friday, it will generally ship the same business day from our Bhubaneshwar warehouse pending order verification and payment processing.

Weekend/Holiday Orders

Complete orders placed after 2 PM IST Friday or anytime Saturday or Sunday/holidays will ship the next business day (Monday unless it’s a holiday) from our warehouse.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated based on order total value, delivery destination and speed of shipping required. All associated shipping rates are clearly displayed during checkout for your consideration before placing an order.

Shipping Timelines

We strive to set realistic shipping timelines based on courier averages to each country/region:

• India: 4-7 business days
• Rest of Asia: 7-10 business days
• Europe: 10-15 business days
• North/South America: 15-20 business days
• Middle East: 15-20 business days
• Africa: 15-20 business days
• Australia/Oceania: 15-20 business days

Shipping delays can occur during busy holiday periods, large-scale regional events, customs checks or other unforeseen situations. We cannot guarantee orders will always arrive by specific dates but will keep you updated on any tracking delays.

Order Tracking

A tracking number and link will be provided via email as soon as your order ships allowing you to follow along during transit and anticipate delivery. Expect a separate tracking number from our warehouse to your country port/airport as well as port/airport to final destination.

It’s important to note tracking information may not always update consistently depending on stages of transportation. Contact our customer service team if your order does not arrive by the latest estimated delivery date and we will investigate.

Non-Deliverable Addresses

If a courier company cannot successfully deliver your order due to an incomplete address, inaccurate postal code, recipient not available etc., they will return the order back to our warehouse. If this occurs, we will reach out for updated delivery information then re-send your order quickly at no extra charge.

Refused/Unclaimed Orders

If no one is available to accept the order during final delivery or the recipient refuses the package, it will be returned to the closest facility. You will be responsible for all return shipping fees and any associated import duty fees in this instance to receive your order again.
